Whitianga Valuation Office
The Whitianga office of Townshend Cullen Associates was opened in 2005 covering all property types on the Coromandel Peninsula including both eastern and western seaboards.
Townships within this region include Coromandel, Whangapoua, Matarangi, Kuaotunu, Otama and Opito Bays, Whitianga, Cooks Beach, Hahei, Hot Water Beach, Tairua & Pauanui - and all rural land in between.
The office is staffed full-time by Shane Rasmusen, Registered Valuer, along with office staff and support from the Whangamata and Paeroa offices.

Massey University graduate with Bachelor of Business Studies (Valuation & Property Management), Registered Public Valuer and Member New Zealand Property Institute.
Shane has over 12 years full-time valuation experience, including several in London and specialises in apartment and portfolio work.
