Whangamata Valuation Office
The Whangamata office was established in 1990 and includes two full time registered valuers (John Cullen and Alison Young) with office staff, covering all property types along the eastern seaboard from Waihi Beach through to Whitianga with support from staff in both Paeroa and Whitianga.
Townships covered include Waihi Beach, Waihi, Whiritoa, Whangamata, Onemana, Opoutere, Pauanui, Tairua, Hot Water Beach, Hahei and Cooks Beach - and all rural land in between.
