Townshend Cullen Associates has evolved from the firms Chas Townshend established 1948, Chas Townshend & Sons 1970, Gray Townshend 1975, and Townshend Cullen Associates 1993. The firm prides itself in being the longest established valuation practice in the region.
The current principals of the firm are John Cullen and Geoffrey Porter with associates including Alison Young, Shane Rasmusen and Gray Townshend.
The firm provides a full range of valuation and consultancy services for all property types in a geographical area covering the Coromandel Peninsula, Hauraki Plains and Waihi Basin. We operate from offices in Whangamata, Whitianga and Paeroa.
